Report a correction
Email corrections@affordablecompoundedtirzepatide.com with:
- the page URL and the sentence or table cell in question;
- the provider name, the price or fact you observed, and the date you observed it;
- the source URL and a screenshot if you have one.
Service levels. We acknowledge within 5 business days. Confirmed material price errors are corrected within 2 business days of confirmation and logged on the page. Other confirmed errors are corrected on the next update and logged. Regulatory status reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Provider updates
Providers may send updated plan pages to the same address. We verify against the live page before publishing and note the change in the page log; we do not publish provider-supplied text.
